What you share
When you send an enquiry, you provide your name, email address and project brief. You can also choose the kind of help you need and share a business or project name, website, phone number, budget range and preferred timing.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the form.
Why we use it
The Marketing Stories uses your enquiry to understand your request, contact you and discuss suitable next steps. Submitting a project enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.
The tools involved
The enquiry form is configured to deliver messages through Zoho ZeptoMail to our business inbox. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to provide those services.
The website includes Vercel Web Analytics to understand page usage. The enquiry text and contact fields are not sent as analytics events by this website.
Questions or changes
Contact connect@themarketingstories.com.au with questions about your information, how long enquiry records are kept, or a request to access, correct or delete information you have shared.
If an enquiry develops into a project, any additional handling of your business information should be addressed as part of the agreed scope.
